[omniORB] How to compile my source file in linux

Hello,
   I am a new user of omniORB. Now when I use omniORB, I have a problem not to be solved to this day. The problem is :
   How to compile my source file with the right pre-processor defines in Redhat Linux 6.2 and how to  pass these flags -D__x86__ -D__linux__ -D__OSVERSION__=2 to the compiler.Could you give me a complete example.
