[omniORB] wstring and omniNotify

No, because omniORB 3 does not support wstring and wchar. The omniORB
4 pre-release does support wstring/wchar, so you could try that. You
might be amazingly lucky and find that omniNotify compiles straight
away with omniORB 4. More likely, you'll have to make a few minor
modifications.
