[omniORB] Compiling/running on HPUX 11.00 / HPUX 10.20 using aCC or gcc

HPUX-11.00, aCC: HP ANSI C++ B3910B A.03.13.

Notice that a later version of aCC fails to compile 3.0.1. The workarounds
have been checked-in. Just get the updates from the usual place.

Unless you have been told otherwise, I don't think gcc on HPUX supports
multi-threaded exception very well.
