[omniORB] Build Problem on WinNT

Python on HPUX 10.x or 11.x has problems loading shared library compiled
with C++. The solution is to compile and link python's main() function with
aCC and uses aCC to link the python executable.

I've done that for HPUX 11.00 and have put the binaries on our ftp site.
Unfortunately we've no access to an HPUX 10.x machine so can't do the same.
However, you should be able to do it yourself by following the instructions
in <top>/README.hpux11.
