[omniORB] RPM's and idl documentation?

We are using noweb (http://www.eecs.harvard.edu/~nr/noweb) for
documenting our IDL.  It produces both LaTeX, and HTML output.  So, we
get very nicely formatted printed docs, and nicely linked HTML.
