I am using omniORB 3.0.1 on HPUX 11.00 using aCC. When using the dynamicly loaded libraries everything is OK, but if the program is linked statically ( -Wl,-a,archive ), It produces a runtime error because gethostbyname() fails in libcWrapper.cc Has anyone had success with a statically linked executable? -Tom Dube
