[omniORB] BAD_PARAM

now that I know that a BAD_PARAM exception could be thrown
almost everywhere, I'm getting nervous :)

Is there a (portable) way to access context information
given such an exception ? How can I know which request
caused it, i.e. what process to disconnect ?
I surely can't enclose every single method invocation
with a try block. That would defeat the whole purpose
of exceptions...
