[omniORB] GUI Name Service Explorer executable and source

I am using IE 5 on Windows2000. I finally tried using Netscape and could
download the file.

>From my reading of the RFCs[*], '_' is not allowed in that part of the
URL - it also gets rejected by my squid cache.  That might explain the
problems Netscape is having.  Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
