  All the fixes worked great.  Thanks.  Here is one
more example I have found that produces incorrect C++
Dyn code.  (running Solaris 2.6 and 17 March checkout)

= map.idl ============================================

#include "generic.idl"
module map {

  typedef generic::genericInformation mapInformation;

  typedef sequence < mapInformation >
mapInformationList;

};
======================================================
= generic.idl ========================================
module generic
{

  struct genericInformation
    {
      string name;
    };

};
======================================================

and again when they are joined it works.
