[omniORB] OmniOrb and Orbix

Which naming service are you using--Omninames or the Orbix naming service?  OmniORB
uses the "bootstrap service" to find the Naming Service; Omninames provides this
bootstrap service--if you're using Orbix's NS, perhaps it does not.
