I think I've already done this -- the fixes were checked in to
the omni3_develop branch of CVS on 14th June, as were the
corresponding .exes.  Does that version work for you?

Even if you're not yet using omniORB3, you could probably just
pinch the wrapper .exes you need from the omni/bin/x86_win32
directory inside
