[omniORB] Making a system installation

We don't have an install rule since we find it too awkward to maintain
for all the various platforms we support, especially since we want to
support builds for multiple platforms in a single tree. To install it
yourself, you just need to copy the contents of the bin, lib and
include directories to somewhere central.
