I just tried to compile omniORB3-20000128, but at least omniNames doesn't
work any more because of this change.

The statically allocated empty string shouldn't be freed in corbaString.cc
(_CORBA_String_member::operator <<= (NetBufferedStream& s) and
_CORBA_String_member::operator <<= (MemBufferedStream& s))
