[omniORB] Any handling of long sequences

Hi OmniORB developers,
    sometime ago I sent out a proposed patch for optimizing actual poor Any
handling of long sequences when atomic components are involved (octets, at
least). This was for v. 2.8 (the one I'm actually using).
No answer so far |:-(
Unlikely ? Useless ? Unimplementable ?
