[omniORB] Building omniORBpy

The messages "RegQueryValueEx failed.." comes from omkdepend.exe and
clwrapper.exe. 

It is most likely that you have a corrupted registry entry in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cygnus Solutions\CYGWIN.DLL setup\b15.0\mounts

Usually they are created and deleted using the cygwin mount and unmount
utilities. Try umount all the entries and remount again.
