[omniORB] omniORB2_8_develop & gcc 2.95.2 on Sparc Solaris 7

...continued from previous mail that accidentally escaped before
finish...

apparently it was finished enough as I got a two good responses before
finishing my continuation:

first a colleague walked into my office and explained that it is the
tcpwrapper issue. 

Then Sai-Lai Lo cleared it up even further, including pointers to
relevant omniORB documentation.
