[omniORB] compiling omniORB on Solaris

Are you by any chance trying to build the Solaris version in the same
tree as a Linux build?  The .d files left behind from Linux would
confuse the Solaris compiler. Other than that, I have no idea how a .d
file could refer to a file which does not exist.
