[omniORB] omniORBpy bug report

I just trapped a bug:

python: omni28/pyServant.cc:101: lockWithNewThreadState::lockWithNewThreadState(): 
Assertion `worker_thread_' failed.

in my program. I hope this information is useful as such since I don't exactly
know what snapshot of omniORBpy I'm using :)
