[omniORB] Compile fail with 2.7.1 for x86_win32

I was not able to compile v2.7.1 for NT platform due to following error
message:

bootstrap_i.cc
make: *** No rule to make target 'bootstrapSK.o', needed by 'omniORB2d.lib'.
Stop.
make: *** [export] Error 1
make: *** [export] Error 1
make: *** [export] Error 1
make: *** [export] Error 1

Why?  What did I do wrong?  Please help!
