[omniORB] Nightly snapshots of CVS contents

Some people have been having difficulty accessing the new CVS server
because their firewalls don't allow the traffic through. For these
people we now make a nightly snapshot of the head of the repository.
The snapshots live in

  ftp://ftp.uk.research.att.com/pub/omniORB/omniORB_28_snapshots/

Snapshots are named by date. Today's is omniORB-19990927.tar.gz

Alternatively, you can always get the most recent snapshot with the
name omniORB-latest.tar.gz.

Since using these snapshots requires downloading the whole omniORB
distribution, whether it has changed or not, CVS is still very much
the preferred means of access.
