That one has worked for me.  I have heard the one on rawhide is 4.18
based and it works.  I have not tried it.

The official GDB maintainers have a version of GDB 4.18 that works
with threads.  It is in Code Fusion, but they have not released it
outside of that product yet AFAIK.
