The only occurrence of "rebase" in the 2.8 src is in ./src/lib/dir.mk:
  (cd ${EXPORT_TREE}/${BINDIR}; rebase.exe -b 0x68000000 -d *_rt.dll; )
  (cd ${EXPORT_TREE}/${BINDIR}; rebase.exe -b 0x68000000 -d *_rtd.dll; )

This is not found in the 2.7.1 release, by the way.

I went into ${TOP}/bin/x86_win32 under the 2.8 tree and manually issued
the first command, same error. I am not sure if you can use wildcard there.

Once again, we need this collaborated from the owner or someone already
tried this. Thanks.
