[omniORB] omniEvents 2.0.0 released

omniEvents 2.0.0 has been released at:

omniEvents 2.0.0 fixes some bugs found in 1.0.3. It also adds connection

and parameter persistency.

A new QoS parameter for controlling the number of events buffered by the

channel for each consumer has also been added.
