[omniORB] omniNames segfault

I'm using a CVS version of omniORB3 pre1 (about a week old).  It
appears to be quite stable, with one exception.  If you run 
omniNames for the first time and get the command-line arguments
wrong (ie use the command line "omniNames -start") it segfaults.

This is on a Debian potato (2.2 beta) system using kernel 2.2.13,
glibc 2.1.2, libstdc++ 2.9.61-1.
