[omniORB] Compatibility with ACE TAO Naming Service

   Unfortunately, the Interoperable Naming Service also requires
changes to the client side ORB to understand the new URL-style IOR
format extensions. It isn't that complex, though, so hopefully most
ORBs will support it before too long.
