[omniORB] MacOS Port

Hi,

This question is mainly for the people maintaining and distributing
omniORB (thanks guys!!!) -

I am wondering how use the omniORB `make' technique (config.mk etc) in
combination with SCCS, in order to create a directory hierarchy which
several people can work with - and I'm assuming you do something
similar yourselves. In particular, I am having trouble working out how
to have gmake automatically check out a new version of an idl file if
another user has updated it.

I can explain at much greater length if required!
