[omniORB] request: omniidl command line options

I'd like to propose the following two command line options
to make life easier:

* include a user defined header file on top of each generated
  header. This could be extremely useful for config.h files
  where all the system dependant #define's could be hidden in.

like: omniidl2 -c[onfig] config.hh Graphic.idl

* prefix all include statements for other auto generated headers
  with a user defined directory to make it possible to output the 
  generated headers in a different location without the need of 
  endlessly long -I options

like: omniidl2 -p[refix] Warsaw Warsaw/Graphic.idl
