[omniORB] omniORB for RTEMS -- update

Droping this note to let all of you know that I have updated the 
porting of omniORB to RTEMS.

Support for 2.8.0 and 3.0 has been added.

Requirements:

  + gcc 2.95.1

  + omniORB-19991204 snapshot ( 2.8.0 version )
  + rtems-19991117 snapshot

  + omniORB3-19991204 snapshot ( 3.0 version ).
  + rtems-19991117 snapshot

A release of RTEMS is due any time now. A new update will be done
whenever RTEMS gets released.
