[omniORB] POA

Sorry, I was talking about the actual orb code, not the proxy/stubs. TAO
(http://www.cs.wustl.edu/~schmidt/TAO.html) is another free, open source
ORB. It is very good and implements the POA, but by default has a huge 6.5
MB footprint on win32 which is too big for our app.
