[omniORB] Hostname or IP address extracted from the IOR

   In general you should _not_ try to get the hostname/port out of an
IOR, as it breaks the concept of object references being opaque to
application code. Anything that has to pick apart the IOR to see what
it contains should probably either be part of the ORB or redesigned.
