[omniORB] Echo invokes dialer

Yahoo! That's the ticket! There was no 'Autodial' check box as mentioned in
this article, but there was a registry entry under
'MyComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Internet Settings' for EnableAutoDial that was set to 01 00 00 00, I set
this to 00 00 00 00 and the dialer disappeared like magic!

Thank you very much, that would have driven me crazy!
