[omniORB] IONA ORBIX Fault Tolerant feature

Using ORBIX it is possible to know that a proxy failed.
This feature is named IOCloseCallback. 
It is used as follow :
register a method to be called to the ORB.
The ORB will call you when a proxy failed. Param received is the proxy
file descriptor.

Is someone know if it is possible to implement this feature using
OmniOrb.
