omniNames Problems

I have used omniORB compiled with GNU g++.
When I run the omniNames -start 2345
It returns the following error message:

Starting omniNames for the first time.
Error: cannot create initial log file
'/home/msc/gonzaga/omniorb/omninames-lencois.log': 
Bad file number
----
 
I used the same command (omniNames), but compiled with
Sparc Compiler and it's run so correctly.
This error has occurred with someone ? how can I solve it ?
