[omniNotify] Help:omniNotify 2.1 x86_64 rpm on RHEL 6

In writing this e-mail, I want to consult you where can I get the rpm
package of omnNotify 2.1 for RHEL 6 or src.rpm package from which I can
create the rpm package 

by myself.
