[omniNotify] Win32 dll's

Hi,

I am busy going thru this exercise but fighting with my Visual C++
installation under Win 98. Maybe Duncan can provide us with a ready
compiled version ;-) Otherwise I hope to do this under Win2k. I will send
you my result as soon as I have something.
